The LYFeX team meets with students to understand their interests, strengths, and aspirations through one-on-one or group discussions.

Based on the insights gathered, students are paired with professionals (mentors) in relevant fields for the shadowing experience.

⁠Orientation Program
(2 Days)

An introductory orientation prepares students by explaining expectations, behavioral standards, and the shadowing process—emphasizing observation, self-driven learning, and reflection.

Shadowing Program
(3 Months)

Students engage in observation-based learning, spending time with mentors, and observing daily activities, decision-making processes, and workflows in real-world settings.

⁠Self-Learning Focus

Mentors guide the students through observation, not direct teaching. The program is built on self-learning, where students analyze and reflect on what they observe, ask questions, and seek clarifications to deepen their understanding.

Post- Program Reflection

At the end of the 3 months, students reflect on whether the field and mentor align with their interests.
If yes, the program continues for another quarter.
If no, students can explore a different field or mentor in the next cycle.

Continuation

Students can continue the shadowing program until they find their passion and an ideal mentor.

Reporting

LYFeX provides a detailed report to students, parents, and schools, outlining progress and key observations.

Behavioral Analysis
