Refund Policy

LYFeX provides digital and subscription-based services. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.

1. No Refunds on Digital Services

Once a subscription or digital service is activated, refunds are not provided under normal circumstances.

2. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If a payment is deducted but the transaction fails, the amount will be automatically reversed by the bank within 5–7 working days.

3. Exceptional Cases

Refund requests due to technical issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. LYFeX reserves the right to approve or deny such requests.
