The program begins with a 2-day orientation session to equip students with essential skills, including professional behavior, expectations, and responsibilities during the internship.
The internship spans 1-3 years, during which students take on tasks assigned by the company.
Students work on real-life company projects under the guidance of a mentor. The mentor ensures task
completion, monitors quality, and provides regular feedback to the students.
Students work independently for the company, gaining hands-on experience while earning a stipend.
A biannual report is shared with students, parents, and schools, offering insights into the
student’s progress. The program does not involve grading but includes an expertise analysis, which
is detailed in the annual certificate provided to students.
Both students and companies are allowed up to two replacements per year to address any issues that may arise during the internship, ensuring a smooth and flexible process for all parties involved.
